As a queer and trans therapist in the South, I am passionate about helping LGBTQIA+ folks in this region access mental health care that is sex-positive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive.
My work centers around queer and trans experiences, with a focus on sexual and relational health, grief and loss, identity, intergenerational trauma, and life transitions. I use a relational, integrative approach, drawing on several theories and modalities such as Narrative therapy, Family systems theory, Experiential therapy, and Feminist theory, as well as incorporating cultural, spiritual, and somatic practices when desired by my clients.
I am committed to providing a caring and compassionate space that can hold all of your complexities and vulnerabilities with nuance and grace. Folks can expect therapy with me to feel expansive, collaborative, and challenging. Come as you are and I will meet you where you are at.
At this time, I am accepting new individuals, couples, and families for weekly and biweekly therapy.
